To Circumcise or Not Circumcise?

 
Circumcision is a procedure that has been performed in the United States for many years, primarily for health reasons. Over the past few years, rates of circumcision in the U.S. have declined; in parts of Europe (Denmark, for example), it is a procedure that has decreased dramatically over the past 10 years, it is almost non-existent. 

Read the following news clip and the World Health Organization’s statistics on circumcision. In a succinct, well researched post using credible health sources (CDC, WHO, National Institute of Health, no Wikipedia please), give 3 for or 3 against reasons circumcision.
